How we work Step 3: The viewing

Visit Croatia With your detailed search profile in hand and our multilingual colleagues on location we will determine a detailed viewing schedule. We will accompany you to many properties fitting your viewing criteria. Our Croatia office will prepare your viewing programme for 1, 2 or 3 days and will assist you in all logistics of your visit (we advise you on accomodation/car rent if necessary/etc.). We will present with the properties of your choice, as well a other properties matching your wishes and demand. We will show properties below your budget but never above. Due to our preparation we can exclude properties that you are not interested in. This makes your visit more efficient and it allows us to really show you a complete section of the Croatian real estate Market .
