- First the property will undergo a 3-dimensional due diligence (the lawyer will check the property, cadastre, cadastral situation of the surroundings and roads and the owner history.
- Negotiation: Middelland's experience and network will get you the best negotiation position and deal on your behalf to get the best price.
- Even if there is a selling agent involved, we always take over control and logistics of the purchase. We advise you about the contract and our lawyer will draft the contract to your wishes.
- Option/pre-contract or contract: you can take an option to make sure you do not lose the property while planning your next visit, or you can sign a pre-contract where you pay 5 - 10 % downpayment. The contract is signed at the notary in Croatia or, under special conditions, at your notary at home.
